Short partner presentation is intended as a quick presentation of each partner’s background and achievements that are relevant to the project.
Outline of workplan is intended to summarize for each WP, task by task, the objectives, the general issues related to project implementation (i.e. protocols, hardware and software platforms, technical approaches, etc), the specific role of each partner, and the Consortium’s existing background.
Detailed planning of 1st year is intended as an around-the-table discussion led by each WP leader and with active participation of all participants to plan in more detail the activities will be carried out during the 1st year (e.g. experiments, exchange visits, etc), with specific reference to the milestones and to the expected deliverables. A major objective of this discussion is the definition of protocols and standards for each component finalized to the system integration.
Each partner is kindly asked to provide:
1. WP leaders: One slide on partner background, a few slides to illustrate WP, both in general (Outline of workplan, objectives and state-of-the art) and 1st year (Detailed planning)
2. WP contributors: 1-2 slides on each task you are involved in, both in general (Outline of workplan) and 1st year (Detailed planning). Please discuss in advance with your WP leader.
